Bio:

Pablo, originally from Aguascalientes, Mexico, is a first-year student interested in the role of dark matter in the large-scale structural and kinematic evolution of the universe via cosmological simulations. Additionally, with his passion for orchestral composition, he aims to fuse supernatural and celestial Mexican folklore through mesmerizing performances and shows, powerfully and unforgettably capturing the aesthetic fiery and ethereal spirit of México with traditional music, dance, and narratives. His work also appreciates the many intersecting identities and experiences in the field of astronomy. Pablo is dedicated to enriching and expanding the visibility of Latiné astrophysicists and composers by offering composition, conducting, and astronomical workshops for the New Haven community, and by producing his own cinematic shows at Leitner Planetarium that immerse audiences into diverse global Indigenous cosmologies throughout time.
